It's really no secret that I love food. If I could eat out every day of my life...I would. My Mom would most likely be offended though, considering she is a pretty good cook.

I recently ate lunch at Downtown food, and I had to share it with you all!

Throwback Thursday

This jacket has been in my life since I was 11 years old... I am now 20.
Roots Canada is a Canadian classic, and when I received this as a Christmas gift, I knew I would have it forever.
Having it personalized with my initials, (CC,) dancer on the sleeve, (I started dancing at the age of 2,) and pink leather sleeves (my signature colour,) there is nothing I DON'T like about this jacket.

I love the brand Wildfox Couture.

Their sweatshirts, or as they call them, "Baggy Beach Jumpers," are a cult favourite.

Their products are lived in, adorable, and truly the comfiest items in my closet.
I'm a little, (or a lot!) obsessed.

Tasty Tuesday

Being the good little Italian girl that I am, nothing is better than going out for a nice meal and having it taste like Mom's home cooking. Funny thing is, my Dad's the Italian one.
Mercato West is probably one of my favorite Italian restaurants; I haven't a bad meal at Mercato.
The food reminds me of being in Italy, where meals are made with fresh seasonal ingredients.

Blue Monday

Sunday Brunch

Brunching, as you will soon find out, is one of my all time favorite things. Sunday Brunch is a great way to catch up with friends and family, and get you ready for the busy week ahead. 

Good Earth is one of the best coffee/brunch spots in the city, which I tend to frequent far too often... Not going to lie, it's nice when the staff knows my order before I even ask for it.

Bradley Harms

I think that being able to appreciate art is one of the most amazing things. 

Luckily, I grew up with parents who started taking my brother and I to art galleries at a very early age.

Bradley Harms is a Canadian artist who my family and I admire.

His paintings are bright, energetic, and fun, which make looking at them an enjoyable experience.

My Happy Place

Okay, so I'm going to be honest with you guys... I have a huge sweet tooth. Cookies, Cupcakes, Donuts, you name it...I love it. 

Crave Cupcakes is one of Calgary's little gems. It has been around since 2004, and has made me one happy girl. 

Crave not only has the best baking in town, but cute baking and kitchen accessories. In addition, they have the most amazing birthday cards and candles.

Gap Tooth

2013 was named "Year of the Sweat-Shirt," and so far, 2014 is looking like that for me.

I want this blog to show people that you don't always need to shop at high end stores to be in style, it's all about how one can style an outfit together. Since this sweat shirt is baggy, I paired it with skinny jeans for a more slimming result.
