Let's talk about jeans.

I wear denim everyday making them a staple I choose to invest in.

A pair of dark wash denim is a must in anyone's wardrobe; A dark wash jean automatically dresses up an outfit, and is perfect from day to night.

These Rich and Skinny jeans are ancient, but J Brand has a similar high rise denim (which I have in black) that is AMAZING!

This Spring, the higher the rise on the jean, the better!

A high waist jean shows off your waist as well as elongates the leg... Who doesn't want that?!

Pow

The amount of times I've overheard ladies say "I have too many grey sweaters" is exponential!

I personally feel that one can never have too many grey sweaters. They are appropriate in any season can always be dressed up or down.

This Autumn Cashmere sweater caught my eye immediately with the bright lime green.

The lime green adds a pop of color which is perfect for Spring!

Navy & Pink

I will make any excuse to buy a plaid shirt these days.

My excuse when buying this Current/Elliot shirt? "I don't have a plaid shirt with pink in it yet!"

Turns out, I already did have a plaid shirt with pink in it, but clearly, I needed to add this one to my ever expanding plaid shirt arsenal.

Navy, white, and pink plaid is a great mix for Spring; Light, bright colors are perfect for the coming season!

Jean Dress

With the whole "70's Revival" happening in the fashion world this Spring, denim has never been more prevalent!

I'm not just talking about jeans; Denim dresses and skirts are making a HUGE comeback!!

This AG Denim dress couldn't be better:

- There is stretch (making it comfy)

- It's the perfect length to wear with either flats or heels

- Cool girl Alexa Chung designed it

Beige, Navy, and Black

When one grows up and begins to dress themselves, we were told black and brown shouldn't go together, and you should NEVER mix navy and black!

Thankfully that is over, because this outfit encompasses all those colours.

I personally love navy and black together, and why not throw in a shade of beige into the mix?
