Yellow and Blue

Yellow is probably the hardest color to wear well; I feel that one needs an olive skin tone in order to look nice in yellow.
My thoughts changed when I saw this blouse, however!

This yellow blouse, with forest green and blue, isn't as hard to pull off as I thought!
Wearing it with darker colors, the yellow of the blouse won't wash a person with fair skin (like me) out!
