Holt Renfrew X Calgary Health Trust

Last night, Holt Renfrew Calgary hosted their second annual “Private Charity Shopping & Live Auction” event in support of the Calgary Health Trust.

The host, Ben Mulroney, kicked off the night by introducing Ann McCaig, Chair of the Calgary Health Trust.

The Calgary Health Trust is the fundraising arm of Alberta Health Services in Calgary; The Trust receives and disburses philanthropic health care gifts and other funds across Calgary and the surrounding area.

Following Ann’s speech, the live auction took place.

In honor of the 103rd Calgary Stampede, Holt Renfrew has teamed up with eight extraordinary designers including Anzie, Dean Davidson, Ela, Mackage, Tanya Taylor, Ron White, Naked & Famous and Marie Saint Pierre, to create one-of-a-kind Smithbilt hats to be auctioned off benefiting the Calgary Health Trust.

All of the proceeds from the auction and 10% of the proceeds from the store-wide shopping event will be donated to the Calgary Health Trust in support of the Best Beginning Program.

Following the live auction, in true Holt Renfrew style, a fashion show took place showcasing some Stampede inspired looks. 

The night was a huge success for both The Calgary Health Trust and Holt Renfrew, and I ultimately had a fantastic evening... Shopping for a great cause, what's better?!
